Yesterday, I finally opened up a tunnel that my parents gave to Rebecca. My brother and sisters and I used to have one when we were little, and we loved it. Well, I showed Rebecca how to use it, and then, she climbed inside and would not come out!! She rolls around in the tunnel, crawls from end to end, and giggles hysterically. It's so funny!
Here is a video that demonstrates her cuteness factor:

Wedding Weekend!!
So...this weekend was definitely a long and exciting one. On Friday, we went over to my parents' for dinner to see the family...it was very hectic and everyone was preparing for the wedding. But whoooo-weeee, the chili was good!! We came home, and Rebecca fell fast asleep. Well, until she woke up again in the middle of the night. Then, Saturday, we went to Dan's parents' house for breakfast to see Rebecca's cousins Bridgette and Regan, and her Aunt Jenn and Uncle Sean. It was great to see them! Regan told us about his nice Christmas, and Bridgette was as cute as ever.
In the afternoon, Dan, Becca, and I actually went on a walk outside! It was sunny and quite warm for winter. Rebecca sat in her pack [a Christmas present from Dan to me] for the first time, and absolutely loved it! I am excited because this means much more winter walking for me!
Then, we went to the wedding rehearsal. We couldn't go to the dinner, as we thought it would be hard on Rebecca to have two nights away from her normal bedtime routine with Daddy and Mommy, but it was nice to meet the pastor and see the church.
Then, on Sunday, we all woke up, and I went to get my hair done. Which I did not like, and actually cried in the bathroom while deciding whether or not to undo it and redo it myself. [I redid it myself.] Then, I went to my parents' house to do my sister's [the bride's] make-up. She looked so pretty [and it was not because of me and my make-up!]!!!! The wedding was very beautiful. I must admit, I cried quite a bit. And, the reception was lots of fun! It was great to see all of our out-of-town relatives - and it was the first time some of them have met Rebecca.

Day After...
Well, Christmas was a success!! We were able to go to both sets of grandparents yesterday, and had lots of fun at both! Breakfast at my parents' house was wonderful - it is one of my favorite Christmas traditions. And dinner [and dessert especially] at Dan's parents was great as well. Rebecca got many gifts - I think two of her favorite things are her pink telephone from Santa, and her new rocking horse from her Aunt Sarah and soon-to-be Uncle Ryan.
This weekend will be so busy!! We are having dinner at my parents with all of my sister's new inlaws tonight, then tomorrow is the rehearsal, and Sunday is the wedding!! AHHHHHH!!! So much to do, and I am not even the bride!
Anywho - new Christmas pictures that I love!!!

Happy Christmas!!
Well, it sure has been a while since I have posted a blog...I'm slacking, I know! For those of you who want Becca pictures - I will make sure to take tons tomorrow so you can see how cute she is opening presents! [Well, let's get real. She will just be playing with the wrapping paper!] We are going to the Christmas Eve service at 4:00 PM, which means we have to be at church [if we want a seat] at about 3:15 PM. Hopefully, Becca will do well - it's a long time to sit, even for me! The weather today has been quite yucky - it snowed this morning, very early, but now, it is just freezing rain. I hear it hitting the windows in our apartment. Hopefully, it will be an okay drive to church this afternoon!
I have some more pictures for everyone -

Ear Infections - OH MY!
Well, Becca has her first ear infection. She has been sick for a little while, and was getting better. But, the night before Thanksgiving, she started coughing so hard she was throwing up. But, of course, over Thanksgiving break, the doctor's office was closed. So, Dan and I bought a humidifier, and that helped a little. It definitely made her cough a lot moister, instead of a dry hacking cough. Today, I made an appointment at the doctor's...and voila! An ear infection due to a cold. But, the good news - Becca is now on medicine, and her ear has not been bothering her. Yeah! She will be back to her normal, happy, smiling self in no time!
Thanksgiving was wonderful - it was great having Dan home all day. I didn't get to spend a lot of down-time with him, as I was preparing for my sister's wedding shower. My sister got a lot of nice gifts!
And now, as it is December, I can officially start listening to Christmas music!! [Not just Sean Hannity in the afternoons!!]
