Sleepover and Moreau

The kids after their sleepover...Aren't they cute??

Becca, munching on Goldfish, her favorite snack.

Digging.

Still digging.

This past weekend, Dan and I went to a wedding for his co-worker, Jeff. It was extremely hot, but loads of fun. It was outdoors, down in Rhinebeck, so we had a few babysitters watching Rebecca. My parents came for the first shift, and then Kevin, Beth, Ryan, and Colleen showed up for an impromptu sleepover. The kids had a blast as well!

Today, Rebecca and I went to Moreau State Park again. We have been going at least once a week - we got our Empire State Passport earlier in the summer, and we have definitely made use of it. The water is so warm, and Rebecca loves splashing and digging. And, she loves to climb on the playground.

And, a side note -
THERE IS HOPE FOR DAN'S RING YET!!!

Updates...

Becca, at Raquette Lake. We are out front at Auntie "Kake's" house. [Becca can't say Kate - but she loves her so much! Becca still talks about going to see Aunt Kake and her dog, Ruby.]

Becca, playing on the beach at Aunt Beth's and Uncle Kevin's campsite. It was slow going, but eventually, she was playing in the water with her cousins.

Becca and Colleen playing at the North Pole, in Santa's Workshop. They loved the feel of it.

Becca and her cousin Brett, who came to visit my parents on their way home to North Carolina.

Brett, Jake, Grandma, Kay [or Kaykin, as Rebecca calls her], Becca - all celebrating Grandma's birthday. It was so great to see everyone!!

Well, we finally have Internet in our new house. FINALLY. And, today, I went out and got a wireless router so I do not have to hide in the basement [where all of the wires/cords/etc. come in] to go on my computer. Yeah!
So much has happened in one month...We have been to Raquette Lake a few times to visit, we went camping at Rollins, my friend Melissa got married [and is now Mrs. Melissa Mitchell], and Gabby had baby Adela! Plus, I have TONS of pictures from the past month. Becca is now 16 months, and is a veritable parrot. She says anything you say, and copies any noise she hears. But, the poor girl, is teething. Her eyeteeth are coming in, and it is definitely painful. No more sleeping through the night for her! AHHHH! And, runny nose galore. As well as a low-grade fever. I cannot wait until they come in fully.
